You’ll work in a matrix organisation and report operationally through OMNIA Training and functionally through the Raytheon UK Enterprise Performance Group (EPG). Ultimately, you’ll work for the British Army, championing innovation, and helping shape the future of military training.Location

- Hybrid with requirement for regular onsite working at Warminster or other Raytheon UK offices.Main duties:

Set objectives and guide your project controls team on the approach to achieve results; provide line management to project controls staff; lead the creation, maintenance and reporting on detailed, resource-loaded schedules; work with Finance, Programme Managers and Cost Account Managers to produce weekly and monthly reports; develop and maintain a high-quality, compliant Master Schedule for each contract element; monitor progress and provide forward planning and trend analysis; define and drive delivery of TCIF reporting with finance; represent Project Controls at EAC reviews; ensure adequate capacity by recruiting skilled resources; act as the primary interface for Programme Controls strategy; perform schedule reviews; work with Omnia leaders on future resourcing; support career development within the PCM team; undertake ad hoc duties for the Head of EPG.Who we are looking for:
