This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships, and thrives in a rewarding, target-driven environment. You will play a key role in sourcing and supporting candidates, contributing directly to the success of the recruitment team. Experience Ideally Required for This Role:Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.Self-motivated, determined, and target-driven attitude.Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.Ability to work effectively as part of a team.Prior experience in recruitment or customer-facing roles is advantageous but not essential.
