Are you a passionate and engaging SEN Teacher looking for your next opportunity? A fantastic Primary SEN school in Edgware is seeking a dedicated SEN teacher to join their team.

This role involves teaching a small class of pupils with ASD and associated complex needs. 

SEN Teacher Role:

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to meet the needs of students with ASD, speech and language delays & Complex needs.

• Create a safe, structured, and stimulating classroom environment.

• Use positive behaviour management strategies to support students effectively.

• Work closely with a strong team of SEN support staff, therapists, and parents.

About you:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or SEN qualification .

• Strong knowledge of ASD & communication strategies for supporting students with complex needs.

• Skilled in managing challenging behaviour with a calm, proactive approach.

• Flexible, creative, and able to adapt quickly to meet student needs.

• Committed to promoting inclusion and high expectations for all learners.
