Construction Site Manager
Location: Peterborough (covering sites within 1-hour radius)
Salary: Up to -55,000 + Car / Car Allowance
We''re working with a well-established main contractor known for delivering high-quality projects and fostering a collaborative team environment. With a strong pipeline of work across social housing, commercial, and industrial sectors, they are now looking for a Site Manager to join their Peterborough-based team.
You''ll be part of a tight-knit, skilled team that values teamwork, open communication, and getting the job done right-without the bureaucracy.

• 
  Oversee and manage construction sites within a 1-hour radius of Peterborough.
• 
  Coordinate and direct both in-house staff and subcontractors.
• 
  Work closely with Project/Contract Managers to ensure projects remain on time and within budget.
• 
  Lead and attend regular meetings with site personnel and subcontractors.
• 
  Maintain high standards of health & safety and quality assurance across all projects.

• 
  Solid background in the construction industry with experience across social housing, commercial, or industrial projects.
• 
  HNC, HND, or Degree in a construction-related discipline.
• 
  Ideally holds one or more of the following certifications:
• 
  SMSTS
• 
  First Aid
• 
  Black CSCS Managers Card
• 
  Scaffold Inspection
• 
  Working at Heights
• 
  A proactive, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail and site focus.
