RTL Group are recruiting a senior project manager to work on a large RC Frame project in Central London. As a Project Manager you will manage multiple high-end residential and commercial projects and supervise all construction activities ensuring contracts are completed on time, within budget and to the high level of finish while maintaining a safe working environment About the Role: • Take overall responsibility for the construction project. Maintain and enhance relations with the client, professional team and subcontractors. Attend weekly client meetings and prepare progress reports for the client. • Manage the cost of construction within the budget and preparation of variations to agree with the client and contractors. • Manage the allocated site personnel and take time to develop them individually to make use of their strengths and address their weaknesses, building them into a loyal team. Aim to inspire them through example. • Take a close interest in the drawings and details provided to ensure that they are appropriate and practical to build, and use that knowledge to brief all parties involved in the project. • Verify that the project programme is achievable, then monitored and updated.
