This is a hands-on leadership role within a high-precision aerospace and defence manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will lead and continuously improve the Quality Management System, while promoting a strong right-first-time culture across CNC machining, complex assemblies, inspection and test operations. Responsibilities As Quality Manager, you will take ownership of the Quality Management System and ensure robust quality standards are maintained across production, inspection, supplier quality and customer requirements. You will act as the escalation point for quality issues, lead audits and corrective actions, and work closely with engineering and operations teams to improve product quality, traceability and compliance.
