I am working with a Leading Bank recruiting a seasoned professional to join its London-based team, with a focus on governance for retail structured products in a rapidly expanding business. This role demands specialised expertise and a thorough grasp of regulatory requirements.

The role involves overseeing governance processes for retail structured products, working closely with legal, compliance, and risk teams to ensure robust frameworks. The successful candidate will drive strategic initiatives, adapt policies to meet regulatory and market changes, and engage with stakeholders across the organisation. Exceptional communication, organisation, and the ability to handle competing priorities are crucial.

Candidates should have deep experience in retail structured products and a strong understanding of UK/EU regulations. Attention to detail, proactivity, and proficiency in English are essential, with additional European languages being a plus.
