We''re working with a leading global multi-disciplinary consultancy who are looking to appoint a Chartered Quantity Surveyor to join their Bristol property team. This is a client-facing role with the opportunity to deliver a wide range of projects, manage relationships, and contribute to the continued growth of the regional team.

• Deliver cost management services across the full project lifecycle, from feasibility through to final account.

• Prepare cost estimates, cost plans, and tender documentation.

• Lead procurement, tender evaluation, and contract administration.

• Manage and develop strong client relationships.

• Provide support and guidance to junior team members.

• Contribute to business development and team growth initiatives.

• Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS).

• Strong PQS/consultancy background with experience across property sectors.

• Excellent knowledge of JCT/NEC contracts.

• Confident communicator with proven client-facing experience.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Based within reach of Bristol for team and client commitments.

• -45,000 - -52,000 salary (DOE).
