Sous Chef Salisbury Up to 27,000 Our client is looking for a skilled and innovative Sous Chef to join their team, contributing ideas and creativity to menu development. This is a customer-facing role that requires exceptional presentation standards, attention to cleanliness, and a positive, professional attitude. They provide complimentary breakfast, lunch, and afternoon refreshments for all staff and visitors in a modern, welcoming dining area. The menu features freshly prepared, homemade dishes, including a deli selection offering seasonal items such as pestos, houmous, tapenades, cured meats, and a range of cheeses, alongside a variety of hot meal options. The Role: +Prepare baked goods and salads daily to meet lunch service requirements, ensuring all tasks are completed in line with scheduled break times and company standards. +Develop and update menus, including options that accommodate various dietary and allergy needs. +Adhere to all organisational policies and relevant legislation regarding food safety, health and safety, financial procedures, equality, data protection, and other operational guidelines. +Maintain positive and professional relationships with both customers and team members to support a welcoming and efficient working environment.
