The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out anodising processes on high-precision aerospace components, ensuring strict compliance with industry and customer specifications.Key Responsibilities:Perform anodising treatments (Type I, II, III) on aluminium components to required aerospace standards.Operate and maintain anodising tanks, etching, and chemical processing equipment.Conduct pre-treatment cleaning, masking, and jigging of components before processing.Monitor chemical bath conditions, adjusting as necessary to maintain quality.Carry out quality checks and inspections to ensure compliance with aerospace and defence regulations (e.g., NADCAP, AS9100).Maintain accurate records of processing parameters and test results.Work closely with the Quality and Engineering teams to improve processes and resolve issues.Ensure strict adherence to health and safety and environmental regulations when handling
