Bi-lingual Customer Experience Representatives 1x German Speaker Required Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Experience Representative to join a leading veterinary and human medical supply company. Responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience. Responsibilities Onboarding new German clinics Respond to queries from customers via email and phone, in both English and German Achieve KPIs set around having ecstatic customers Achieve KPI s set around outbound telephony targets and activity Engage with potential new customers or less regular customers Ability to be responsible for your own development path, with support from your team Manage targets to achieve business growth Provide a supportive service to our customers Manage and complete account management activities such as regular communication whether than be verbal, written or electronic (MS Teams) Experience Fluent in both English and German Previous experience with call-based customer service in German Experience with upselling and/or new business development Experience with Microsoft packages is essential SAP experience would be preferential Pro-active and have a solution led outlook Driven and focused individual OR a Veterinary Nurse who is Bi-lingual If you are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and thrive in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity as a Customer Experience Representative.
