Functional D365 Consultant/Architect Location: London (Hybrid - 3 Days Onsite per Week) Employment Type: Permanent About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Functional Consultant/Architect with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and a strong grasp of business processes. In this hybrid role, you will act as a bridge between our D365 engineering team and client stakeholders, ensuring business needs are accurately captured and translated into scalable technical solutions. This is a client-facing position that demands both strategic thinking and hands-on collaboration, based out of our London office (minimum 3 days onsite per week). Key Responsibilities: Act as a liaison between the D365 engineering team and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate requirements. Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and documentation aligned with D365 capabilities. Lead workshops, requirements sessions, and stakeholder meetings to define system functionalities and enhancements. Provide architectural and functional input for D365 implementations, upgrades, and integrations. Assist in the creation of functional solution designs, test plans, and training materials. Support UAT and ensure alignment between delivered solutions and business expectations. Advise clients on best practices for D365 usage and optimization to improve business efficiency.
