The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be instrumental in ensuring that all commercial aspects of our projects are executed with efficiency and precision. Key responsibilities include pricing project work, maintaining cost control, managing contractor relationships, and actively engaging with our end client and various stakeholders. Project Scope:Projects will range in value from £1 million to £10 million, focusing on various commercial refurbishment and construction services, including but not limited to:Roofing SchemesHV/LV ReplacementsBrickwork Repairs and RebuildsInternal Refurbishments and DecorationsFireproofing InstallationsCivil Works and Drainage SolutionsKey Responsibilities:Conduct detailed pricing on projects ranging from £1 million to £10 millionManage and collabora
