We are seeking skilled Oracle HCM Consultant to join the team and contribute significantly to the project''s success. In this hands-on role, you will enhance product capabilities, resolve issues, and help the business achieve maximum value from their Oracle investment.Key Responsibilities:Develop and configure Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Redwood, Learning and Performance, and Compensation.Participate in complex HCM implementations, leveraging past experience.Test Oracle HCM reports to ensure alignment with business and project requirements.Collaborate with Oracle HCM Workstream Leads and SMEs to deliver the HCM Implementation Plan.Maintain strong organisational and communication skills throughout the project life cycle. Requirements:Proven experience with Oracle HCM, particularly in developing and configuring various modules.Previous experience in complex HCM implementations is essential.Ability to test and align Oracle HCM reports with business requirements.Strong organisational and communication skills.Candidates must be based in the UK with the Right to Work.
