Your responsibilities in this role include:Conduct analysis as required for all Education and Training activities essential to the business to formulate project plans.Conduct Training Needs Analysis for individual and collective training Programme/Projects.Conduct Training Design for individual and collective training Programme/Projects.Conduct Technical Review of Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and Training Design products in collaboration with Programme/Project stakeholders to establish endorsed outcomes.Develop and disseminate professional standards within the Training environment.Support the development and delivery of training to staff.Conduct planning and preparation for delivery of training/education events worldwide.Conduct training/education to all levels of customer target audience.Deliver t
