Were looking for a Senior Product Analytics Manager [AL2] to spearhead growth in our Bank Products vertical. You will be at the forefront of growth at Wise, leading one of the newest and fastest growing product lines - earmarked as one of the biggest growth opportunities for the business. As part of the vertical leadership team you will shape the priorities of the team, building conviction through your insights and analysis. Where are our biggest growth and commercial opportunities?What products should we be building and/or improving to unlock growth?You are proficient with SQL and know your way around data pipeline management tools such as Snowflake, dbt, Git, Airflow and Python. All analysts at Wise are expected to be full-stack regardless of level and should be comfortable owning analytics from ingestion to insights.You have experience working in payments (preferably) or are excited about building an expert understanding of our bank products and solutions, as well as those of our competitors.You understand sales cycles (ideally enterprise), are familiar with sales metrics/KPIs and have a good working knowledge of tools like Salesforce or similar.You (preferably) have line management experience, or experience coaching or developing analysts. You are solution-oriented and able to own projects from start to finish.
