They are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced technical architect to join their team in a permanent role, working on a hybrid basis, with up to three days a week in their London office.Our client is a globally recognised architecture and design firm, specialising on a range of sectors including retail, leisure, residential, hospitality, mixed-use developments, and urban regeneration.Key Responsibilities:-

Lead the technical design and development of architectural projects from start to finish.-Liaise with teams to ensure designs meet technical goals and requirements.-Oversee technical documentation, ensuring quality and compliance.-Provide expert advice on materials, construction, and building systems.-Coordinate with external consultants and contractors for smooth project delivery.-Act as the main contact for technical inquiries and problem-solving.Key Requirements:-A degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field (RIBA or equivalent qualification is a plus).-Proven experience as a Technical Architect or in a similar role.-Strong knowledge of architecture, construction methods, and building systems.-Experience with BIM and other architectural software tools.-Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.-Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and compliance requirements.-Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards.Benefits:- 37,000 - 42,000 per annum.-Structured career progression.-Generous annual leave.-Hybrid working environment.-Comprehensive benefits package.#J-18808-Ljbffr
