Your responsibilities will include: Leadership and team development: manage and develop a dedicated finance team of four, providing clear direction, support and opportunities for growth to ensure the delivery of accurate and timely financial information. Management and group accounts: Oversee the preparation of monthly management accounts for the UK entity and produce consolidated accounts for the wider group, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and insightful reporting. International financial oversight: Provide financial oversight and support to subsidiaries in Poland, France, Ireland, Dubai, as well as a Joint Venture in the USA, ensuring robust financial controls and consistent repo
