Projects that are being delivered will be roofing renewals and repairs, window and door installations and other associated works. They are being delivered to low and mid rise tower blocks in Guildford. On a day to day basis, you will act as an integral part of the operational team and carry out the following duties: Management of sub-contractors and direct operativesLead the site team to the best of your abilityManage delivery of works to specificationHave several direct reports to manage including RLO''s and office staffPre and post inspections Health and safety and quality checks My client are looking for someone with strong communication skills and a proven track record managing and delivering planned maintenance projects. A valid SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS, and Asbestos Awareness are required.
