The successful SEND Teaching Assistant will be expected to provide one to one and small group support, helping to manage behaviour and promote engagement in the classroom.The successful SEND Teaching Assistant will have:• A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent• Experience working with children or young people with SEND, including ASD or SEMH• Strong behaviour management skills• A patient and adaptable approach to support individual needs• Excellent communication and teamwork skillsIn return for the above you can expect to receive:• A dedicated team of consultants available 2
