About The Role

We''re looking for an experienced

Living Wall Installation Supervisor

to lead the delivery of our green wall systems on sites across the UK. You''ll be responsible for managing a small team, ensuring safe working practices, and delivering high-quality installations that meet client expectations.

While experience working specifically with living walls is desirable, we also welcome applications from candidates with cladding or similar construction backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and lead a small team installing living wall systems, including BioPanel and PlantBoxMaintain high standards of workmanship and site safetyFollow and enforce risk assessments and method statementsLiaise effectively with site contractors and report progress to project managersDeliver projects on time, on budget, and in line with KPIsMaintain accurate records and support project handovers

Essential

What We''re Looking For

Construction site experienceComfortable working at height and on active building sitesFull UK driving licenceStrong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitudeGood communication and coordination skillsWillingness to travel, with occasional overnight stays and early starts

Desirable (training Can Be Provided)

Previous experience with living walls or cladding systemsSSSTS, IPAF and PASMA certificationsKnowledge of horticulture and irrigation systems
