This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a stable service and drive positive outcomes for young people.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the residential home in line with regulatory and organisational standardsEnsure safeguarding and welfare of all young people is prioritised at all timesMaintain full Ofsted compliance, including inspections, audits, Reg 44 and Reg 45 reportingDevelop, support and supervise a high-performing staff teamManage staff performance, appraisals, training and developmentOversee care planning, risk assessments and behavioural support strategiesManage budgets, resources and occupancy levels effectivelyBuild strong relationships with local authorities, schools and external professionalsPromote a nurturing, therapeutic and homely environment for young peopleAct as the lead for safeguarding concerns, complaints and quality assuranceWhat We''re Looking
