The Opportunity
Are you an experienced Project / Engineering Manager ready for your next challenge? We''re looking for a driven leader to manage and mentor a small team of talented design engineers. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of engineering projects from concept through to completion, while driving innovation and ensuring delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and mentor a team of 3-4 design engineers

• Manage multiple engineering projects, ensuring clear milestones and timely delivery

• Identify risks and implement proactive solutions to keep projects on track

• Provide regular progress updates, action plans, and support to department heads

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, handling updates and delays professionally

About You

• Proven background in engineering or manufacturing project management

• Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

• Solid knowledge of mechanical engineering principles

• Experienced people manager with excellent leadership and communication skills
