Pay: -143 to -223 per day (dependent on experience)

Reeson Education is recruiting for a fantastic full-time Primary Teacher opportunity at a vibrant and welcoming primary school located in the M40 area of Manchester. This full-time Primary Teacher role starts in September and offers long-term consistency with the potential to become permanent for the right person.
The school is seeking a dedicated, experienced Primary Teacher with at least 3 years of teaching experience who can hit the ground running and make a meaningful impact from day one. As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging, inclusive lessons and helping to raise achievement across the key stage.
This Primary Teacher role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting pupils through their academic journey, while fostering a love of learning in a nurturing environment.
Primary Teacher - What You''ll Be Doing:
- Planning and delivering high-quality lessons as a Primary Teacher
- Creating a positive, stimulating learning environment across the curriculum
- Tracking progress and adapting teaching to meet individual pupil needs
- Working collaboratively with the leadership team and wider staff body
- Building strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
- Supporting the pastoral needs of pupils as a caring Primary Teacher
- Preparing pupils for key academic milestones with confidence and encouragement
- Leading with creativity, energy, and commitment every day
- Maintaining high standards of behaviour and engagement in the classroom
- Reflecting regularly on practice and contributing to school-wide improvement
Primary Teacher - What We''re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Minimum of 3 years'' experience as a Primary Teacher
- Confidence delivering the full curriculum within KS1 or KS2
- Ability to create inclusive, adaptive learning strategies
- Passionate about education and improving outcomes for all learners
- Committed to long-term teaching with the potential to go permanent
- Strong classroom management and clear communication skills
- DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)
