Fabrication Workshop Supervisor Location: Peterborough Salary: £42,000 - £45,000 DOE Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 3:00pm (some flexibility available) Contract: Permanent We''re supporting a UK-based manufacturing business in the appointment of a Fabrication Workshop Supervisor to lead operations at their Peterborough facility. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on the fabrication of mild and stainless-steel frames for industrial storage systems. You''ll supervise a small (but growing) team currently consisting of two Fabricators, ensuring the delivery of high-quality welding, cutting, and metal assembly work in line with production schedules and safety standards. As the team expands, this role will evolve to include more office-based responsibilities, including resource planning, workflow optimisation, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
