This is a unique opportunity with a focus on recruitment and onboarding, employee engagement, and employer brand and communications.Key Responsibilities include: Partner with hiring managers to attract and onboard diverse talent, ensuring compliance and a smooth transition for new employees. Deliver engagement initiatives such as team-building events and recognition programs, while enhancing onboarding processes to create positive employee experiences. Promote and strengthen our employer brand through online platforms, social media, and internal communications.
