an enthusiastic and organised
Guest Relations Executive
to join our team on a
12-month maternity cover contract
.In this pivotal front-of-house role,
youll
be the first point of contact for guests
welcoming them with warmth and professionalism, managing bookings, and supporting the smooth running of classes and events.
Youll
also play an integral part in the day-to-day administration of the Academy, helping deliver an exceptional experience for every guest who walks through our doors.This is a Full-time, fixed-term (12-month maternity cover).What
you do as
Guest Relations Executive:Welcoming and checking in guests for classes, events, and private bookingsManaging reception duties during opening hours and weekendsHandling phone, email, and online enquiries with outstanding customer serviceCoordinating and updating guest bookings using our booking systemProviding administration support across departments
events, HR, kitchen, and morePreparing class materials, maintaining guest refreshment areas, and supporting online classesEnsuring the reception area remains inviting and well-maintained at all timesProcessing additional purchases/payments from guests in person and over the phoneSchedule, produce and circulate reports in a timely mannerManage administration tasks in relation to staffing, including updates to HR Fourth systemWhat

Looking For
:Previous experience in a guest-facing or receptionist role is highly desirableYou must be available to work full time including some evenings and weekendsExceptional communication skills
