Account Manager (South West and South Wales) Territory: Cornwall, Devon, Avon and Somerset, Gloucestershire, Gwent, South Wales, West Mercia and Dyfed-Powys Salary: £50,000 £55,000 (DOE) + commission on capital and consumable sales OTE: Circa £75,000 per annum Field-based role Regular travel required About the Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and driven Account Manager to join a leading organisation within the medical devices sector. Covering the South West and South Wales region, this role focuses on selling and supporting capital medical equipment and consumables across a well-established customer base, while identifying and developing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong capital sales experience in the medical field, confident in managing a large geographic territory, and motivated by delivering results through proactive relationship building. Key Responsibilities Achieve agreed annual machine sales and consumables targets. Build and maintain relationships with key NHS and private sector accounts, including Wassenburg sites. Attend regular meetings (in-person and via Teams) to identify and develop new sales opportunities. Understand and present Cost Improvement Plans, Cost Benefit Analyses, and Business Cases. Grow the sales pipeline via the CRM system and maximise opportunities across capital, leasing, and Pay Per Use models. Maintain accurate records of customer contacts, installations, and competitor
