Position: Senior Recruitment Consultant - Education SectorLocation: London, centralSalary: starting salary £35,000 - £40,000 experience dependant + uncapped commissionAnnual leave entitlements: 27 days + bank holidaysRequirements: Proven track record in recruitment, ideally volume tempResponsibilities

Managing your own desk of business against agreed targetsArranging interviews and placing candidates into roles with schoolsClient attraction; canvassing, mailing and other sales led activitiesCandidate attraction; developing a new candidate pool to fulfil vacancies identified through the client attraction processRecruit quality candidates through planned candidate strategy, including advertising promotional activities, utilising all existing resources within the office in order to fill vacancies/ bookingsSupport and assist our team with the registering, interviewing, testing and referencing of candidates when necessaryPerson Specification / Qualifications

Recruitment backgroundDriven and resilientExcellent verbal and written communication skills, you\''ll be comfortable on the phone as you are writing emailsExperience of working in a faced paced environment and be resilient and flexibleStrong attention to detail and be a completer/finisherExcellent IT skills and good knowledge of all Office applicationsWhat we offer
