1st Line Support/EngineerNewbury (Shift Pattern) 150 per day 3-4 Month Contract Our client is a Managed Services Provider looking for a 1st Line Engineer to join their support team. You''ll be responsible for delivering first-line IT support by serving as the primary point of contact for customers, efficiently handling incidents, service requests, and event alerts.You''ll be skilled in resolving issues and with excellent communication. You''ll also have experience in maintaining accurate customer records and performing administrative tasks. You''ll need to demonstrate experience in triaging and troubleshooting a range of technical issues across hardware, software, applications, and networks.
