Location: Cheltenham (Hybrid and Flexible)

Type of Role: Full-time

Salary: £75,000 to £95,000

The RoleThis Cheltenham-based role offers exposure to a broad spectrum of work, including:

Mergers and acquisitions

Investment and shareholder agreements

Joint ventures and corporate reorganisations

EMI options and commercial contracts

LLPs, partnerships, and articles of association

You''ll work closely with clients and colleagues to deliver strategic, practical advice, while also contributing to business development and team growth.

Candidate Requirements

6-9 or 10+ years PQE in corporate and commercial law

Strong drafting and negotiation skills across a range of commercial contracts

Solid understanding of risk, compliance, and governance

Experience advising on LLPs, partnerships, and corporate structures

Commercially minded with a proactive, collaborative approach

Working ArrangementsThis is a full-time role based in Cheltenham, with hybrid working supported. Flexibility is offered to suit role and client needs.
