About the Role:As an SEN Cover Supervisor, you will support the smooth running of classes in the absence of the class teacher, delivering pre-prepared lessons and ensuring students remain engaged and focused. You will work closely with Teaching Assistants and support staff to maintain a positive, structured learning environment for pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
