This is a hands-on role, working closely with senior leaders and managers to support workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, and people development. You will play a key role in ensuring HR practices are compliant, consistent, and aligned with business objectives, while promoting a positive and engaged workplace culture.Key ResponsibilitiesLead HR strategy, workforce planning, and operational HR deliveryManage end-to-end recruitment and onboardingAct as the first point of contact for employee relations mattersMaintain HR policies, compliance, and employee recordsSupport performance management, training, and developmentWork with finance on payroll support, pay reviews, and benefitsPromote a positive culture, employee engagement, and wellbeingManage HR systems, reporting, and e-learning platformsAbout YouProven experience in a generalist HR Manager or Senior HR Advisor roleStrong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practiceConfident advising managers on employee relations issuesOrganised, approachable, and able to manage multiple priorities Experience supporting operational or site-based teams is desirableWhat We Offer- Salary of £45,000 - £50,000 per annum- 08:00 - 16:30 working hours- 25 days annual leave + bank h
