PERSON SPECIFICATION - HEAD OF ENGLISH

• Qualified English Teacher / Head of English with UK QTS
• Clear spoken and written English is essential
• Recent ''Good'' or ''Outstanding'' observations
• Experience teaching in a multicultural area with high PP desirable
• Genuinely ambitious for all students to achieve their best, whether that''s a C or A*
