Key Responsibilities Manage a pipeline of second charge mortgage applications from submission through to final lending decision.Manually underwrite cases in line with regulatory standards and internal policies.Review and verify customer documentation, requesting additional information where necessary.Communicate clearly with customers, brokers, and internal teams to progress applications efficiently.Ensure accurate record-keeping and maintain high-quality standards across all cases.Work towards achievable KPIs within a supportive, performance-driven environment.
