You will manage budgeting and forecasting cycles, analyse financial performance, and help the organisation understand key drivers of results. You will assess business cases, review profitability, identify opportunities for improvement, and contribute to the ongoing development of financial reporting and planning processes. What you''ll need to succeed To be successful, you will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with experience in commercial finance, FPandA or business partnering. You should be confident working with financial data, able to present information clearly, and comfortable challenging assumptions where required.
