The role of Aesthetic Customer Service Advisor with us requires you to have Beauty NVQ Level 3 Electrical route (or equivalent) in your background. We aim to provide an amazing experience of service to our customers and we want a team who are keen to make the most of their job and have a high level of energy to give. Duties include : Answering the telephone Providing advice and customer care via email or telephone which will require a high level of literacy and communication skills Using online CRM and inventory systems to process orders whilst offering product advice and suggestions Using Microsoft suite of software daily Attending virtual Teams / Zoom meetings Liaising with customers, colleagues, and courier companies Maintaining and championing product and treatment knowledge Attending virtual and physical training Responsibility for ensuring standards are maintained and improved upon Following procedures and pro-actively searching for improving processes where necessary Actively taking interest in the growth of the company Contributing with ideas and innovations Welcoming guests to the building, organising lunches and goodie bags General office duties.
