Key Responsibilities: Administering PEG feeds and associated care (experience essential) Supporting with medication as per care plan Assisting with personal care routines Monitoring health and wellbeing, escalating concerns when needed Promoting a calm, positive environment and supporting her to engage in activities she enjoys Working closely with family members and the wider multidisciplinary team Maintaining accurate records and following safeguarding protocols Requirements: Experience supporting individuals with complex medical needs, specifically PEG feeding Up-to-date training in moving and handling, medication administration, infection control, safeguarding A calm, patient, and respectful manner Ability to work independently and as part of a team Enhanced DBS check This position is for half term time only- (Apply online only) NO SPONSORSHIPS GIVEN
