We''re working with a Local Authority in Kent who''re looking to bring in an experienced Private Sector Housing Officer to support their busy and proactive team.

This Private Sector Housing Officer role offers a varied and exciting opportunity within Kent, where you''ll be trusted to manage your own caseload and make a real impact across the Private Rented Sector.

The Role:

• HHSRS inspections
• HMO Licensing
• Civil Penalties
• Complaint investigations
• Drafting notices & enforcement action
• Landlord & tenant liaison

About You:

• Strong Private Sector Housing experience
• HHSRS, HMO & enforcement knowledge
• Confident managing your own caseload
• Experience with Civil Penalties
• Local Authority experience
