7.5T Delivery Driver – Join a High-Performing, Growing Team
Location: Severn Beach 

Our client is a growing business and a well-established delivery partner to major household brands, known for reliable and efficient middle-mile service. As their business expands, so does their team - and they are now seeking a professional and dependable 7.5T Delivery Driver to join them.

 
The Role:

• £30,000 basic salary, rising to £33,000 after successful 3-month probation
  
  
• Achievable £5,000 performance related bonus annually
  
  
• 4 days on, 2 days off regular shift pattern
  
  
• Start times between 06:00 and 06:30
  
  
• Average of 45 hours per week
  
  
• Free on-site parking
  
  
• 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays
  
  
• Permanent contract with long-term job security
  
  
• Structured employee development plans after 12 months 

Duties:

• Multi-drop delivery of large white goods (up to 25 drops per shift)
  
  
• Working with a driver’s mate as part of a two-person team
  
  
• You may be required to support with installation on occasions
  
  
• Ensuring accurate, timely, and safe deliveries
  
  
• Completing daily vehicle checks and reporting defects
  
  
• Adhering to all traffic laws and working time regulations

The Right Candidate:

• A full UK Class C1 (7.5T) licence with no more than 6 penalty points (no DD, DR, or IN endorsements)
  
  
• Valid CPC and Tachograph cards (CPC training can be provided if needed)
  
  
• Physically capable of handling heavy items
  
  
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
  
  
• A professional, team-oriented approach
