Flux is pioneering a new class of AI accelerators called Optical Tensor Processing Units (OTPUs). As our Senior People Partner, you will be the strategic people-operations lead for Flux’s rapidly scaling team. You will work closely with senior leaders across the business, coaching managers, shaping people-practices, and ensuring that our culture and processes support our ambitious growth plans. This role is based in our Kings Cross, London office and is 5-days a week in the office.Partner with a
