SJC Partners are working with a leading law firm looking for a talented and motivated Corporate and Commercial Solicitor to join their North-London office. The successful candidate will provide high-quality legal advice and support to a diverse portfolio of corporate clients, ranging from SMEs to multinational companies. This role involves advising on a wide range of corporate transactions, commercial agreements, and general business law matters. Key Responsibilities: You''d advise on a broad range of company commercialmatters including share and business sales andacquisitions, commercial contracts, shareholderagreements, joint ventures, restructures and companylaw issues Provide legal support on corporate governance, compliance, and company secretarial matters. Conduct legal due diligence and prepare transaction documents. Support clients with business start-ups, share issues/transfers, and shareholder arrangements. Manage relationships with clients and deliver practical, commercially focused advice. Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments to deliver comprehensive legal solutions. Stay informed of relevant legal developments and advise clients accordingly. Assist in business development activities, including attending networking events and contributing to client pitches. Requirements: Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales (4+ years'' PQE preferred, but all levels considered). Strong background in corporate and commercial law, ideally gained at a leading
