We are seeking enthusiastic and committed staff to join our residential team as we continue our journey of service development. All our registered homes have been inspected and are graded ''good''.Role Overview:
As a Children''s Residential Care Practitioner, you will be responsible, alongside other team members, for:Ensuring the quality of day-to-day care and the proper organization of the Children''s Home.Following care plans for Children and Young People.Adhering to statutory regulations, additional instructions, and good practice, while maintaining accurate records.Promoting positive, anti-discriminatory, and anti-racist practices.What We Offer:
