They operate nationwide, serving both commercial and domestic sector working closely with architects, building owners, and contractors The Directors remain actively engaged in projects, providing strategic guidance. HQ based in Kent. The Role - Quantity Surveyor (Fa ade/Cladding) My client are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team. The role will be a mixture of office, site and home working (x1 day from home) Ability to manage subcontractor accounts, variations, and final accounts Confident with Main Contract administration; valuations, variations and final account Experience providing cost reporting and forecasting Knowledge of procurement, cost control and JCT Contracts Excellent commercial acumen and communications skills Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline (preferred) Fa ade remediation / recladding project experience preferable This role offers the opportunity to lead on complex fa ade projects, with strong career progression.
