Their products are sold through leading online and high street retailers, and they''re now looking for a talented Senior Paid Social Executive to join their dynamic in-house marketing team.This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, data-driven paid media specialist to take the lead on high-impact campaigns across Meta and TikTok, driving performance for a brand with a huge and loyal global following.The RoleReporting to the Performance Marketing Manager, you''ll be responsible for managing campaigns from set-up to optimisation, while keeping an eye on trends, competitors, and new opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Lead the set-up, optimisation, and monitoring of paid campaigns on TikTok and Meta, including A/B testing and growth strategies.Support organic social activity by boosting high-performing content on Instagram, TikTok, and TikTok Live.Collaborate with the creative team to ensure assets are fresh, on-brand, and performance-optimised.Analyse competitor activity and propose new growth ideas.Work with the wider marketing team to repurpose content, with a focus on influencer and affiliate spark ads.Maintain and update customer targeting and audience lists within Klaviyo.Assist in planning email campaigns with the design team.Contribute to exciting projects
