Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with the check-in and check-out procedures Manage reservations efficiently using the hotel management system Provide information about hotel facilities, local attractions, and services to guests Handle guest enquiries via phone, email, or in person with professionalism and courtesy Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are prepared and maintained Process payments accurately and issue receipts or invoices as required Address guest concerns promptly, escalating issues when necessary to ensure guest satisfaction Maintain a tidy and organised reception area at all times Uphold hotel policies and procedures to ensure safety and security for all guests and staff Skills Multilingual or Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist a diverse range of guests Excellent phone etiquette with clear communication skills Previous experience in hotel reception or guest services
