This is a full turnkey project encompassing MandE, architectural, and some civil works. The successful candidate will manage the PCSA phase starting immediately, with construction set to begin in July and complete by February 2026.Key Responsibilities:Manage the PCSA and oversee the entire construction process.Act as the main contractor, ensuring project delivery to the highest standards.Coordinate MandE services, architectural, and civil work teams.Ensure compliance with MOD requirements, including BPSS clearance.Implement and manage the validation process for cleanrooms.Liaise with stakeholders and ensure project milestones are met.Requirements:Proven experience in managing cleanroom construction projects.Strong MandE bias with comprehensive architectural knowledge.Familiarity with the validation process for cleanrooms.Previous experience acting as a main contractor.BPSS clearance is mandatory due to MOD requirements.What We Offer:Daily rate of 350 - 400.Opportunity to work on a secured, high-profile MOD project.Immediate start with a clear project timeline.If you have the necessary experience and are ready to start immediately, we want to hear from you.
