Engineering and Design ManagerSalary to 60kHampshire Engineering and Design Manager required to work for a niche engineering organisation who specialise in the manufacture of specialist equipment utilised in a broad range of industries and environments including laboratories and out in the field.We are looking for an experienced manager who has a history of managing and developing teams, working with projects, customers and senior directors supporting the implementation for future product development and updates of existing products.Whilst managing the Engineering and design teams you will be key to the continuing standardisation of the existing product line ensuring a world class product that exceeds customer expectations and meets the needs goes to market.
