We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicatedandnbsp;Learning Support Assistantandnbsp;to join a vibrant and nurturing team. You will play a vital role in supporting the class teacher and working closely with individual pupils or small groups to help them thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Who are you£
- Has experience working with primary-aged children (experience with SEN is a bonus!)
- Hold a Level 2 or 3 qualification (e.g. in Childcare, Teaching Assistance etc)
- Are patient, kind, and genuinely enthusiastic about childrenandrsquo;s education
- Have excellent communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
Key Responsibilities:
- Working closely with class teachers and the SENCO to support pupils in class and in small group or 1:1 interventions
- Supporting childrenandrsquo;s academic, emotional, and social development
- Helping to create an engaging, inclusive, and positive learning environment
- Encouraging independence and building confidence in our learners
- Assisting with classroom routines, behaviour support, and personalised learning plans
