As they scale, you ll have the opportunity to grow into a leadership role, building and leading your own fulfilment team.Duties and ResponsibilitiesAs Order Fulfilment and Dispatch Specialist, you ll be responsible for: Preparing, processing, and dispatching all customer orders with accuracy, speed, and careMaintaining strict quality standards across packaging, presentation, and securityCoordinating with customer service, sales, and framing teams to quickly resolve issuesGoing above and beyond to ensure urgent orders and high-volume periods are delivered without delaysSupporting other departments (framing, goods-in) when business demands requireThis is not a 9-to-5 role they move fast, and we need someone who thrives in that environment.
